Alrighty this is my first offical Magazine cliff note on the new blog I'm excited about it! I'll start with the last of my July issues before the August ones get here. As you all know Fergie is our Media Girl of the month, as well as the cover girl here.

As always I'll be listing, and maybe even discussing my favorite articles in this issue.

Beauty Reporter:

Page 42 features "Land of the Lost" star Anna Friel. Friel was also on ABC'S "Pushing Daises" before it was cancelled (even though none of us wanted it to!)

Page 48 "Beauty 101" this month features Sunscreen, and the five steps you need to follow to protect yourself.

Fashion:

Page 53 "Fashion Bulletin" has a little Spanish Flair this time around. While "Big Love" star Ginnifer Goodwin is featured in "Fashion Stakeout" on page 54.

Insider's Guide:

Page 62 guess you expert advice on how to wear makeup at the beach, or how to make the most out of a yoga retreat.

Page 74 "Essay" A woman in a small town in Japan finds herself self-conscious about her height.

Health:

Page 82 "Body News" this month features Pomegranate Benefit, and Breast Vitamin, while page 86 as a list of self-tanning treatments.

Features:

Run to Page 96 "The Joy of Sexy" tells you what makes you sexy, and why. I read this and loved it. It made me believe. It also gives you ways to spice it up!

Page 112 "Rise & Shine" if your running low on energy, here are some cheap ways to cover up that look.

Page 116 "Fade to Blue" It began with the Boyfriend look, now there are eight sexy upgrades for you to try.

Page 130 "Happy Meals" Foods that make you feel good. Yummie. Page 134 "Dancing Queen" is our cover story featuring Miss Fergie! It was clever, well written and insightful.
